01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the x7777 platform — whether for browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in promotions — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the x7777 brand at x7777.life, including cricket betting, PSL betting, card games, baccarat, poker, virtual sports, esports betting, and any future product additions. Separate product-specific rules may apply in addition to these general Terms and will be clearly indicated where relevant.

If you are accessing x7777 on behalf of a third party, you represent that you are authorised to bind that third party to these Terms. x7777 does not accept bets placed or accounts operated on behalf of another person unless explicitly authorised in writing.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an x7777 account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. x7777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing x7777 is not prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of x7777 complies with the laws of your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of x7777 or any of its affiliated entities, payment providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding contractual agreement.
• You must be the registered owner or authorised user of the payment method used to deposit funds into your x7777 account. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited.

x7777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a formal request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of all pending withdrawals.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one x7777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x7777 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection:

1. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
2. Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
3. Balances accumulated on duplicate accounts may be forfeited at x7777's sole discretion.
4. The primary account may also be restricted or closed depending on the severity of the breach.

When registering your x7777 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid payment account details. You are required to keep this information up to date. x7777 is not liable for payment failures or communication errors resulting from outdated account information.

Your account password is confidential. x7777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x7777 immediately by contacting support@x7777.life. x7777 is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions at x7777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x7777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside x7777's control.

Deposits: Minimum single deposit is Rs 200. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited instantly in most cases. IBFT deposits may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa and Mastercard deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals under Rs 5,00,000 are processed automatically by x7777's payment system. Larger amounts may require additional verification before release. x7777 targets withdrawal completion within 15 minutes for wallet methods and within 24 hours for bank transfers, though processing times during peak periods may exceed these targets.

• Withdrawals may only be made to verified Pakistani payment accounts registered in your name.
• x7777 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited but not wagered (purely deposited and immediately withdrawn) may be subject to an administration review before release.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the payment processing queue.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on x7777 are subject to these general terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting section. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

Bet Acceptance: x7777 reserves the right to accept, decline, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued. A bet slip being visible on your screen does not constitute acceptance; the confirmation message is the authoritative record.

Errors & Obvious Mistakes: x7777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, incorrect market set-up, or data feed failures. A "manifest error" means an error that a reasonable bettor would have recognised as a mistake. x7777 will notify affected members and return their stakes.

Maximum Payouts: x7777 applies maximum payout limits per event and per settlement period. Maximum payout figures for specific markets are displayed within the betting interface. x7777 is not required to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout, regardless of the calculated return on a winning bet slip.

• Bets placed after an event has started (where live betting is not an offered market) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are subject to a processing delay — x7777 is not liable for in-play bets placed after the relevant moment has passed due to network latency on the member's side.
• Incomplete accumulators — where one or more selections are voided — are settled on the remaining valid selections.
• x7777 will settle bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Unofficial, conditional, or provisional results are not used for settlement.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

x7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your x7777 account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion details.

• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or greater count towards wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Bets on virtual sports, card games with house edge above 3%, and certain other product categories may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards bonus wagering — this is specified in the promotion terms.
• x7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with prior notice where reasonably practicable.
• Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonuses voided and accounts may be restricted.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

x7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Confirmed or suspected use of fraudulent payment methods.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or use of software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards x7777 staff or other members.
• At the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach, x7777 may retain all or part of the account balance as compensation for administrative costs and losses incurred. Where closure is made for reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the original payment method.

Members may close their own x7777 account at any time by contacting support@x7777.life. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance paid out. Bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

08 Responsible Gaming

x7777 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. Gambling should be entertainment and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. x7777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on how much you can lose in a given period. Same same-day reduction policy as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that remind you how long you have been active on x7777.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from your x7777 account. Minimum temporary exclusion period is 24 hours; maximum is 5 years. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Check: A pop-up summary of time spent and money wagered during your current session, displayed at intervals you choose.

x7777 collects personal data necessary to provide its services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. This includes registration information, transaction records, device identifiers, and usage patterns. x7777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data x7777 holds about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data in circumstances where x7777 has no overriding legitimate reason to retain it. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on x7777.life — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game mechanics, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of x7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use x7777 for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from any x7777 page or API.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any x7777 content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineering any x7777 software, game engine, or odds algorithm.
• Creating derivative works based on x7777 content without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of x7777 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, legal proceedings, or both.

11 Limitation of Liability

x7777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While x7777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x7777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond x7777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the member's own error, including bets placed incorrectly or on the wrong selection.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any amount in excess of the member's account balance at the time the relevant issue arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits x7777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct on the part of x7777 or its employees. x7777's total aggregate liability to any member in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member during the same period.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your x7777 account or any bet settlement, the first step is to contact x7777 customer support at support@x7777.life with full details of the issue. x7777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with x7777's response, you may escalate the matter in writing to the x7777 Compliance team. x7777's determination on escalated complaints is final and binding unless the complaint involves a clear arithmetic error or a manifest bet acceptance mistake as defined in Section 5 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to x7777's operating jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

x7777 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a member — x7777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via on-site notification and, where possible, email notification to the address on your account.

Minor changes, including clarifications, formatting updates, and corrections of typographical errors, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of x7777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date. Closing your account due to an amendment to these Terms will not affect your right to withdraw your real-money balance.
